Sales & Marketing Coordinator

​​​​​​​Ad Lightning is seeking a contract Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing team. We’re on a mission to improve ad quality across the digital advertising ecosystem. Our tools give publishers and exchanges the insight and control they need to manage programmatic creative, eliminate bad ads, and maximize ROI. This is an hourly position that will range from 30-40 hours per week to start, with full-time potential should there be a long-term fit.

What you'll be doing:

As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be in a hybrid role supporting both our sales and marketing efforts by working on initiatives to keep our business moving forward. On the marketing side, you will collaborate with management, PR/content, operations, and product to help keep Ad Lightning top of mind in our industry. Your work will include developing, growing, and expanding our marketing channels through social media outreach, blogging, and strategic planning. From a sales perspective, you will partner with Account Management & Sales to help develop prospect lists, use & evolve CRM systems and support other lead-gen activities. 

This includes:

  • Execute new social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) considering current and planned promotional activities
  • Monitor Google AdWords to ensure spend is being maximized and the right people are being reached
  • Oversee social channels and build a following
  • Research and target prospects to build a pipeline of qualified leads to meet company objectives
  • Help maintain & configure our CRM database
  • Assist with client onboarding and account set up to ensure timely client launches
  • Procure custom client reports in a timely manner
  • Create and manage email campaigns and social media content
  • Create new marketing collateral, sales decks, and infographics as needed
  • Partner with PR & product team to write new blog posts and push content out to market

What we’re looking for:

  • Familiarity with Google Adwords or FB ad manager
  • Extensive knowledge of business social media best practices and platforms
  • Experience with CRM or email tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with design programs like photoshop
  • Team Player with a strong work ethic
